Students are insured at The Gunnery and while engaged in the
activities that define such status. We offer optional additional
insurance coverage and for International students, it is a requirment
to have U.S. insurance. We offer Student Accident Insurance –
24-hour coverage, Student Accident Insurance – Daytime coverage,
Mega life Insurance – International, and Secondary Insurance –
Athletic Insurance. For additional information, please contact the

Avoidable and intentional dorm damages, room deposit
forfeiture in extreme cases at the end of year, lost room keys, taxi
cabs, therapist and/or medical appointments, random drug tests, and
athletic equipment are all potential surcharges. Some charge
accounts with support services (therapists, Washington Pharmacy) may be
privileges accorded for convenience and the accounts are the
responsibility of the vendor and the contracting parties.
Every student is asked to maintain a Debit Account from which to withdraw funds and make purchases in the School Store. Student withdrawals of over $50 per week need to be approved by the Dean of Students or the School Store Manager if the Dean of Students is not available. Students must have a signed slip before any money may be withdrawn over $50 and are subject to discipline in the event of misrepresentation. The Debit Account is maintained through the School Store. If you have any

Books that are purchased for classes can be returned for a full
refund only if they meet certain requirements that include, but are
not limited to, original packaging, no markings on, or in, the book.
If these requirements are not met then a full refund will not be
